Hey  Purchased Designer 5 update for registering for my Model B CW, although I was told can download Design 5 for other laptops for free designing but not for cutting on CNC machine.

Tough for old dogs to learn new tricks! But will try the G-code option someday.

If you still have the original CD's for the machine then you have it.  I have uploaded designer 1.188 on Dropbox but you need to be added to the list of people who can download it....drop me an email with your name and I can add you to the list.  my email is alexanderjerryd@yahoo.com  and PLEASE don't share my email.  I'm also going to see if I can't upload it to the FaceBook page for the CarveWright Carvholics pg.

Haven't done a load for a while but seem to remember it comes up in the Demo mode. To be able to upload and run a project you have to register with Carvewright and there are no longer servers available for any version lower than Designer 5 for that.

Hey All 

I was able to synthesize my Grizzly Bear image into a png ready importable carve file.  At least this bear wandered away from my property in Rocky Mountains.  I get lots of black bears, but this was the first grizzly in 30 years!
