My carve wright doesn't work anymore. no support

Just for kicks, i launched my paid for version of designer 3 (which i have not used since i bought designer 4 and now designer 5 with the raven) it comes up with a message saying that it is not registered and i need to register it now.

The message below, 

If you have purchased this software with a machine, please take a moment at your convenience to register with CarveWright so that you can activate this copy of the software and receive vital software updates. Prior to activation the software will operate in DEMO mode.
If you are evaluating this software package, it will operate for 30 days in DEMO mode. In DEMO mode all basic features and functions are available, EXCEPT the ability to compile and upload projects to the CarveWright woodworking machine.

I have designer 2. tried to open yesterday to do some work and got the same message. When i tried to reregister, it will not connect to the server. contacted Carvewrite and they responded with 123 not supported, buy designer 5. Planned obsolescence forced to buy new software or don't use the machine with anything new.
