    Default New Projects Done

Machine is waiting for parts from Texas so I now have time to post a couple of my latest projects.

#1 Buffalo Indian (from Pattern Sharing) was done on a piece of Spalted wood. Feathers have been highlighted with Golden Interference paints. Three small pieces of abalone in his headdress.

#2 The otter pattern is from the pattern department and done on the far end of the spalted piece the Indian was done from. This piece doesn't have any of the dark spalted features...but did have some soft wood...as you will note in the lettering on the right hand side of the piece. Coloring is acrylic paint with Interference highlights.
