    Default New one on me

Just started a project after a cold winter layoff. Put a board in and at the end of the "measuring board" sequence, I get a message that just says "check for board problem"

The board is square and straight. I have blown/vacuumed the machine. Tried several times to re-start the project and get the same message each time. Anyone got any ideas? This is one I've never seen before.

Your vertical guide posts probably need a bit of lithium grease. If they are a bit sticky you won't get the correct down pressure. You can also use the sensor test menu to check the board sensor reading and pressure roller switches (turn on machine press '0' then '7' and scroll through the screens).

Thank you, Jeff. I will give that a try and reply if need be. Ditch
