Designer 4 depth questions on Mac

My workpiece is 10" x 8.5" all carved areas are centered both ways using a 1/16" carving bit. I place a rectangle 7" x 5" at .250. I then place a second rectangle 6" x 4.5" at .375. The second rectangle disappears from the board. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

That size is absolutely no problem. It may be a temporary bug in this version.
