The mightiest oak in the forest is just a little nut
that held it's ground.
Wow. Your work is the center piece of their living room. Nicely done. It looks like exotic wood.
Nice work. I made a couple of these about half your size as gifts to the clergy in my church. Now I have a few requests but have never done work to sell... it is my retirement hobby. Might I get your thoughts on pricing for the size you made or one about half your size. Thanks so much. Keep up the good work.

Very nice, I sell a lot of these at craft shows. I make them about 6 inches and always use scrap wood and then sell them cheap for $10 ( i do very little finish work) I always sell enough to pay for the booth and then the larger higher priced items are the gravy. I find its always good to have small items that you can sell cheap.
Very nice. I made one in a frame with a purple felt background for lent.

You certainly can be proud of that!! It is a great addition to the fireplace!
Thanks for posting. Excellent application of this popular carving. I hadn't thought of making one this large but you have certainly made me rethink that. I think this would be an excellent carve for my church now that Lent is coming. May I ask how long this took to carve?
Great looking piece .... the homeowner seems to be very proud... which means more sales and networking for your great work. What type of finish did you use?
