Glad you are picking up blender. It is a ton of fun to play with. 3d modeling and cnc are a perfect match.

A little practice time sculpting and playing with different techniques in building patterns. Here are two different ways into porting into CW designer and you can see the big differences.
Messing around with STL Importer again. Still needs some work, but I am sure my son will love it.
