Robert very nice work! I'm sure it will be enjoyed for a long time.
Beautiful!
I'm getting to like the litho's and sure would like find a cheaper manufactureing place to find them even if it was a 4' x 8' sheet that you might have to buy, I seen them on the net from China... but they want you to buy tons... or should I say weight..
I do my do my litho's in 1/4" Cast Acrylic

AOK,
I get scraps from a local MasterCraft. They do kitchen remodels. He sells his scrap 1/4 in pretty cheap, and has offered to order me a sheet if I ever need that much. You would be paying contractor prices rather than retail. You might try that in your area. Not as many people are using corian vs marble, so you might need to check a few places.

I really like the image of the stand, is it possible to show the rear of the lithophane so we can see the light source and how the stand works. I'm really confused are you saying this was done using cast acrylic? Is this clear acrylic? How thick is the acrylic adn where do you get it? Thanks John
Cast Acrylic is 1/4" thick and white.
I get it from Calsak Plastics in Houston. They are about 40 miles from Conroe.
Much less for a 4x8 sheet. Corian is or any other solid surface size is 144 x 30.
THe company I work for is counter top company. Yet I perpher the Cast Acrylic.
