Default Got to carve a little last week

I have not been able to do much in the shop since bypass surgery , but started a little of it last week. It felt good to get back in the shop. I actually ordered a new cx machine last Friday to replace my a machine.

Do you mind if I copy (at least try to) your 2 tone HERKY? I'm from Iowa also and have never done a carve with 2 different types of wood.

I live in Rockwell City, IA. 25 miles west of Fort Dodge. Old Salt spent a couple hours showing me how the CW worked and sold me on it. Absolutely no regrets.
