    Default Decorative Ornamental Box

    I just got my new C-version carver. It said I was getting Decorative Ornamental, Free.
    I called Jimel, he said try the no. on packing list, I did so but it want work. hummm?

    You are trying to activate the product number instead of the activation code (software serial key). I have an email that I am sending you to explain.

    Thanks, a lot. I downloaded it, now says I need Lic. Hummm?

    Jack,
    Try going to Help/Manage Licenses in the Designer software, then activate the project license. That should do it, but let us know if you still can't figure it out.

    He registered it in his Customer Account. Just need to go to HELP > MANAGE LICENSES > UPDATE LICENSE on each computer to let the Project Designer software know that it is registered.
