Labor Day Holiday & Phone System Upgrade

LHR Technologies will be observing the Labor Day Holiday and be closed on Monday, September 3rd, 2012.


Also, on Friday, August 31, we will be upgrading our phone system. This will take place in the afternoon around 4 pm. Of course, we hope for a smooth transition that should only disrupt our ability to answer your phone calls for about 10 to 15 minutes, but we all know about Murphy and his law. We will have the ability to restore back to our current system, if need be.

In light of a few issues that have put us short staffed, we decided to make the switch to the new phone server last night after hours. Switch went rather well, and service was not interrupted.

I have been making minor adjustments to it this morning. None of the phone prompts have yet changed, but it is on the to do list, so look forward to some more exciting changes in the future.
