I would love to see this as a project. What ever happened to the original question. Did anyone work on this? I am not creative enough for this. My sister LOVES Celtic. Would be a cool gift for her.

Looking back to some of the 'contest' patterns you guys made... rings and spheres and such... makes me wonder if maybe someone couldn't help me to make something akin to this, somehow?

It is a picture of a kilt pin, so the original item was only about 3" or 4" long, if that; I would love to be able to carve some wooden daggers like this (3D celtic knot pattern) about 8" to 12" long... but all of my attempts in photoshop and blender have resulted in horrible failures!

Anyone have any suggestions?

When i carved that cross for the "Cross Wall", finished it natural, it looked great. Wish i could figure out a way to do the face one color and the cross another. I am not that good of a finisher.
