Default A Celtic Knotwork Mirror Frame

For those of Celtic heritage or if you just like knotwork carvings and nautical themes here is a four foot square mirror frame I'm making for our powder room wall. I used the Celtic Knots Inverted font in three rows of Centerline text to carve the patterns with a 60 degree bit.

That came out very nice Capt. Bruce. The carving looked very crisp, and the finish looks good as well.
    Thanks for sharing.

    Nice work on the frame.
Using Designer 1.187, STL importer, Center line, conforming vectors, scanning probe/PE, and the ROCK chuck.

    Hi MABCO12,

With the project designed as two side rails on each of two 8" boards the cut time was about 3 1/2 hours each at Best quality. Then a simple tablesaw rip down the center and sand, sand, sand of those side faces. Not much sanding on the carvings which came out very clean. The side rails dimensions were somewhat longer than the top or bottom and included the galeons so they took longer to carve being both raster and vector carvings.

Thank you all for your kind comments and thoughts. I'd share the MPCs but you need both Centerline and the commercial font to make it all work.
