    Default Rotate a vector mpc help

    can anyone take this vector mpc into CorelDraw or AutoCAD and rotate it 90 deg. to the left
    so I can put it on the Horizontal center line . If it can be done easily , that would be great, If not,
    I will attempt to puff each circle and the cross then create a pattern as a whole, then try to rotate the pattern.
    I know will be a lot of work for me.
