Problem starting Pattern editor

When I try and start pattern editor a box appears on the screen and says that GUI has error and is shutting down and asks if I want to inform Microsoft of the problem.

The program has been working fine until yesterday.

I have not added any software or hardware.

Anyone have any ideas

I get that "Inform BILL" message with various problems and various programs in XP... I say no.... The time or 2 that I said yes, it did not make any difference....

Have you rebooted lately? Some programs use memory and never release it. A reboot will sometimes clear it up.
