    Default Scanning Probe Sample

    Can you carve a sample from the memory card immediately after scanning an object?

    Salleyann,

    I think your answer is no. You have to upload the scan into designer and then make it a pattern.

    Chris,

    It would be a cool feature but I think one would still want to look at the scan/image before making saw dust..

    What are we lacking the faith in our machines now? ROFL
    Pop's Fix It Shop, We won't make it any worse.. Using "A" machines 1.187 1.188 ,2.007, 3.103

    Default Scans usually need some work

    I have not scanned anything yet that did not need at least a little touch-up. It might only need it's depth fixed or it might need more work. The Crucifix that I just put in the pattern store had to have the "INRI' made readable and some other details fixed, but the "Mother and Daughter" only needed the depth corrected.
