Having Problems - Looking for some feedback

Ok, Here goes...

Upgraded to v1.13 last week. Since then, been having these problems and I can't help but thinking this is all related to the software version....or not? Looking for some feedback please. I have 110 hours on my machine.

- RPM's are lower during some cuts, then Check Cut Motor comes on, I'll hit
enter, she goes faster than ever.

-Vertical Axis/truck seems to "skip" when it comes down to check the depth
on initial jobs.

- Routing on the 3/8" Classical bit, the feed rollers go MUCH slower now,
causing the piece to burn (Is this due to updating to version 1.13)?

- Keep getting a "refind depth or continue" just prior to a routing run - hence the axis not going all the way down to the workpiece and "Skipping".

Searching through the forum gives me the impression I might need a new cut motor? Or, do ya all think the new version might be causing some of these issues? Any feedback would be appreciative. Thanks!

First of all, I don't have a clue.

A lot of folks have looked at your thread without a response, so my guess is they don't have a clue, either.

I think you need to call LHR, they'll walk thru your problems with you.

Perhaps your right. My problem is that these problems are sporatic.

My first plan of attack is to rip the unit apart this weekend and give it a good cleaning and lube the flex shaft. I'm starting to feel some heat.

I did call LHR, told me to do some tests and they sent me a bunch of .pdf's I have to look through - I'll be posting those soon on the forum.
