Like the others, I really like the last supper carving. I tried some Corian sign carving, but the tip (about 1/16") of my 90 degree V bit broke off. It may be that the Corian contain a "stone" mixture.

    Default Corian fun

    Thanks fellows for the comments.
The pattern came fron the pattern store,
There are two styles of the same thing. I the one I got has a depth of about
.575, I use .375 depth since I using 1/2 corian. I did carve the same thing in 3/4" pine and it did all right. The Corian seems to hold the detail better and doesn't need so much sanding.
I am going to try a address sign next to see how it hold up in the weather.
I have nailed an address sign outside that was made of MDF and has 2 coats of sealer on it and 2 coats of paint. I will leave it out there for about 6 months thru the winter to see how it holds up.
Now I have to got to go and clean my machine for about 2 hours after carving Corian, there is a lot of dust and flakes that need to be cleaned out in very crack in that machine.
Maybe I am a Corian carvaholic and don't know it yet.
By the way I love the T-shirts.
