When doing the carve on the second side of a two sided carving, do you flip the board end for end or top over bottom?
When the first side is done can I shut down and come back to do the second side another time?
That's all I need to know.

You can't have EVERYTHING - where would you PUT it?
Don,
Without having to re-write the software program, the only way to come back at a later time would be to hide the images on the rear face of the board.
Also, when flipping the board, you will flip it left to right.

Let me re-phrase.
Standing at the machine with the keypad in your stomach, you will flip the board top to bottom.
Standing in front of the out feed trays with the muffler bag in your stomach, you will flip left to right.
Hope that is a little clearer.

Basically flip it the same way designer does

"Carving has it ups & downs"
Yes Don, the easiest way I remember is when the sign is finished, just flip it forward. Another way always keep the top of the sign to the fence on the key board side. Then in doubt put an X on both sides of the board on the same edge and load that X side to the fence on the key board side.

I call it rolling the board like rolling a log.... The lettering on the back side will be up side down.

W W IKE Do....
Favorite Saying.... "It's ALL About the Brass Roller"..... And "Use MASKING TAPE" for board skipping in the X or breaking bits.
