Board Sensor

I read in some one's post somewhere about an improved board sensor. I need more info. Mine hasn't been right since I carved MDF - very messy. I have to remove it to blow it out every time. I am waiting for an answer about a replacement from CW support.

The improved one is simply the same board that they have used glue to seal around the circuit board. Problem is fine particles still get in under the lens so taking a toothpick and some caulking or something similar has solved that problem for me.
