    Default Nice!!

    Hi 2upchuck and welcome.

Yep the picture posted and WOW!! Nice Sign!!

Tip for posting pictures: Save the full size picture as a jepg and in the "Save As" dialog box, reduce the quality (compression) to around 70 -80%. Then post. If it won't, save as again and reduce a little more. That way when we click on it we get a nice BIG picture to see.

Excellent carving and thanks for sharing!

Beautiful job!! I really like the innovative way you mounted the sign also!

    Thanks....
Thought the frame was appropriate, as it will hang in a cabin in Rangeley Maine.

I'd say you nailed the picture thing. Nice and big!! COOL!!

I did a pattern for Big Bob that came from a floor insert in a contractors office. Not pointed but rounded blades

    Hi Chuck,

Our family (on my wife's side) has a camp near Lee, Maine. We go there at least every other year to stay for a couple weeks or so.

My very first project on my machine was a tree sign showing the direction to the camp at a fork in the road! (it replaced the old tree sign which had survived for over 40 years)
