Short winded here folks. Got a lot of sanding and painting to do by Thursday.
Cuts went great. Used the V60 for all borders and text. Borders are clean and perfect but still some burning on the centerline. Like yesterday with the V90, mostly the bottom sweeps of the text and where it plunges in.
This indicates to me that both the feed and plunge rates are perhaps "just a bit" too slow. I think if the firmware brains at LHR stepped both up just a little, that would go away as well.
And I did get more cleaner and the bits were cleaned prior to the carve (Not that I let them get that dirty to start with) but just to be sure.
All in all, I have to say that "my" issue was largely the turbo speed cut motor. Sticking with 1.130 for more of the camp carves this week.
Back to work......

First guitar with the bit eating 1.130 carved inside and back to about .25 " thick.
guitar is modeled in cad, assembled in Designer "pockets and drillouts and the like" then milled in the Carveright!
so what did the carvewight do? all of it!

Thanks Guys,
Gives me a chance to show off a bit and shows the power of the new update we been using!
Yes, but the guitar needs drying.. I just started the finish a few day back and will take about 2 weeks for the nitro to dry and buff out to a high gloss.Have you ever thought of posting some of your finished work in our customer gallery on our website?
Edit:

Excellent Work !!!!
I think everyone knows this but I found Card #4 in Machine #3 yesterday and when I went to load a project it asked to update the card from 1.126 to 1.130 and I thought... Just say No.... Then I called Chris and asked if it would work using the 1.126 card and 1.130 Designer... He said "Yes" and give it a try.... I did, a square Cut path and like others have posted but it worked multi pass cutting.... I tucked that card away for the moment.... Interesting.....

Hi Al,
Kinda did the same thing myself,
I kept 1.126 on the CW memorys cards for my laptop and Shop Pc,
and put 1.130 only on my home Pc and third CW card.
I'm able to use the best of both is way.
