What thickness sander are you using?
    Thanks,

    Greg,

Picked up a Performax 22-44 on Sawmill Creek Classified for about half price. http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=85400

I had tried my thickness planer to but this gives a better finish.

    Al,

The pinned through tenons are "cool". Those touches make your projects very appealing. Thanks for sharing your work with the forum. Saves a lot of design headaches.

We are ALL our own worst critics. I think your work is great. It's is very innovative and gets the rest of us thinking about how we can expand and grow in the hobby. I learned long ago not to hold my breath until I turned out the PERFECT piece. It aint gonna happen, but if others like it... I'm happy.

I still have little clue how he finds time to do as much as he does, other than to say that he has worked out numerous techniques to work "smarter". I honestly believe, and often say, that Al has produced more projects with his machines than anyone else on the planet.

Hard to imagine this forum without him - he is a tremendous resource of knowledge and inspiration to be sure!

    Thanks, AL!

    Thumbs up Mr. Al

At last count Al now has 3 machines. He works his butt off all hours and yes, has this down to a very efficient process.

I can't tell you how fortunate I am to have him as both a neighbor and friend. He's been a constant source of inspiration and knowledge.

    The list could go on

"anyone else on the planet." Might have to amend that to "everyone else...combined" lol
