I've asked this question before but here it is again.
Can anyone tell me what causes objects to become two handled?
Once this happens it is very difficult to edit/manipulate the items.
Is there something I'm missing?

Sometimes I'm just totally underwhelmed!

I'm not sure what you mean by 2 handled. If you are referring to thee green lines, one is connected to the center line and the other to the bottom edge. If you turn off the dimensions they will probably go away. I see no problems in this picture.

I think he is talking about the two (2) red control points on the text.
I had it happen a few days ago, but forget what font and bit I was trying to work with at the time.
Perhaps attaching the MPC would help us determine the cause.

I get the two handles on text boxes if I toggle non end points. Is that all there is to it?
