What firmware version? Should be at least 1.120.

Try using the sensor test menu to test the probe operation. It should change states when slightly deflected and then return. (I think it is normally closed and reads open when deflected, but I don't remember off the top of my head.)

    Hello,

Please contact LHR hardware tech support. I believe the probe problem you both described is somewhat rare, but it has occurred before.
