why doesn't paste work in pattern editor? or does it work diff that windows cut and paste???

Tim, the majority of questions your asking have already been answered on the forum. You could save yourself a lot of time and frustration by using 'Search' to see if you can locate the answer. 'Search' is your friend, and is a good place to start when you have questions. Many times you can find the answer, sometimes not.
