Default New Patterns for the Pattern Store

It's been a while since I loaded new patterns for the store. Made a few patterns using AI to create the base images (Flux Schnell).

Showed them to the wife and she immediately told me to carve her the frog one. So a picture of the frog pattern done in Eastern red cedar.

Still need to test carve two of them to make sure they carve okay.

Your wife has a good eye. The red cedar gives the piece enough color variance to make it really stand out. Quite a variety of subjects with my 2nd choice being the elephant. Curious about how it's trunk looks in the actual carve, The edges appear to be almost square. Does the taper of the bit soften it enough? Also notice the pirates mustache and the bison's horns have similar edges. Where do do come up with the idea for the subjects? Must be an interesting place in your imagination.
Thanks for sharing as always, actually motivates me to get back in the shop

    Thanks all.

The edges are pretty square. The bit will not be enough to soften them. They will require a bit of sanding if someone wants them rounded. The square corners is a feature of projecting a 2d image onto a 2.5d environment. That can be softened depending on the look you are going for.

I did test carve a couple of them to see if there were any issues (which there were). No sanding. This is what they look like right out of the machine. I did have to fix a few issues.

Looking good, wife's a sucker for a cowboy so it got her thumbs up. (I don't look good in a stetson)

Small to medium draft might help some.
