    Default Converting to 3D

I am trying to find and somewhat easy way to convert a PNG grayscale image to a 3D image for carving.
    How is everyone doing this?
Here is an example of one that I trying to do, but and having no luck.
    What software are you using?
I am not worried about the lettering and stars. I am trying to convert the Indian head.

You could try an AI height map generator. My personal preference is Marigold AI depth map generator but there are a bunch out there. Many of them are free. Search for AI height map generator.

Results are dependent on the quality of the image and if the back end AI database (model) understands what it is seeing.

In the old days you would have to digitally sculpt the 2d image to 3d manually, so a whole new world in terms of capability.
