Thread: Raven will not stop to let me change to new bit

Default Raven will not stop to let me change to new bit

I just added a new 45-degree V-bit to my Raven. I created the bit based off the 60-degree bit.
I ran a test project with this and used only a 60-degree bit and the 45-degree bit.
The Raven never stopped and asked me to change to the 45-degree bit.
    Did I do something wrong?

Don't have the Raven so not familiar with what can be done. Have never created a bit and can't find that as an option anywhere in the older machine software. Have selected the 90' bit and actually inserted the 45' to get a different look but the machine still asked for the 90'. Making a guess would be if the bit does not exist in the manufacturers software where they have create all it's parameters for carving then it won't recognize your addition of a bit ?? Am interested in the answer, hopefully you'll find one. Maybe call LHR?

In your test file did you have it set up with different vectors for each bit?
