can anyone help make this into a pattern? I will gladly pay .

Do you have a high resolution picture of the pin? If you do, then its super easy to make a pattern for it.

Otherwise you have to recreate every individual piece of the pin (at least 5 fonts and 6 different elements) and the different fonts are always fun trying to figure out what they are. Not hard just time consuming.
