Default Auto-Jig error message when uploading to card and not able to add Tabs

Not sure why I am getting this message I have more than 7in to keep under rollers, plus I can not add tabs, does using the Pierced option automatically put in tabs?

The cut path at the top of the board is to close to the edge. The path would cut down into the brass roller and it is telling you it will not cut that. To have tabs automatically always use the cut path tool. Pierced only pushes the pattern to the bottom of the board and you need to draw in manual lines for tabs and then use the add tabs tool.

You cannot see the tabs, when using the cut path tool. They are there as shown in your settings.
