Default differnet machine, will not get past loading the cutting bit

I am trying to carve the coin back project with this machine also, this machine will not get past the option of loading the cutting bit , wont even go over to the bit plate. Any ideas?

Belt tension, dirty Y rails and bearings, something in the way of the Y truck and stopping it from traveling, flex shaft touching/rubbing on the top cover. Who does it move with the power off, does it move freely all of the way over?

The truck does have some resistance when the power is off , I push it all the way to the right till the bit plate pops out.
I have cleaned the rails and the rollers and still has resistance.
