    Default Head Pressure too Low

I have gone through the whole process in the procedure to adjust the pressure. Before I started my head pressure was around 50 lbs. After going through the process to adjust machine , I got the pressure up to 65lbs. But instructions say it has to be between 75 - 85 lbs. Any ideas on what to try now?
    Thanks in advance

You might need to add a thin washer (clutch spacer washer) to the shaft of the crank handle. https://store.carvewright.com/produc...cat=255&page=1

If you have an older machine you might have some on the very top on the right side (as you are at the key pad) corner post.

I do have an older machine and I had 3 washers on it, I had to use all 3 to get head pressure to 80lbs. Thank you for your advice !

Glad that did it. Make sure you check the head pressure each day that you use the machine.

what would cause the machine to carve a rotary pattern but gives you issues when you go to a regular carve pattern , ( coin bank )
When I load the cutting bit it will not go to the bit plate , but on the rotary pattern it does?
