    Default Flexshaft spring

    Hello everyone!
I just received a box of spare parts to upgrade one of my machines. Rubber belts, board sensor, etc.....

One of the items I ordered was a new Flexshaft, even though I was not having issues with the original one I thought with the amount of hours the machine has been run I should have one available.. When I was ordering the parts I needed, Connie did say it no longer comes with the spring. I stupidly forgot to ask if this is no longer needed or if I should have ordered one separately.

Since this is no longer supplied with the flexshaft (MWM A2045) is this still required?

Looking at all the instructions it is not mentioned so I'm slightly confused.

Just double checking before I incorrectly install it.
    Thanks

They have said that the spring in no longer needed. I believe it was with the introduction of the CX model of machines.
