Thread: software shut down

    Default software shut down

Does any one besides me have a problem with software shut down? I can be working on a project for like more than a hour and suddenly the program closes and the project is lost.

Try increasing the "rendering cache" size up to at least 256mb. It is found in the preference settings. If you are running the pro version turn off the "file preview" feature. It is under the help tab. If you have a large pattern directory/file list try reducing it by either moving (export) or deleting them. A large list hogs up memory.

This does not solve the problem but I have learned to hit the save button every few minutes.
