    Looks like I should have ordered that "recommended spare parts kit".

    Anything else I need to prepare myself for?

    CarveWright will replace the brushes under warranty, but because I'm in Canada, they want $45 shipping on them.

    To ship to Canada would have been $45, but we instead shipped two sets under warranty to your address in Montana at no charge.

    There's always a "work-around" to anyone willing to make an effort. Lucky for me I have that shipping option available.
