I would like to add the rolling wheels to my camper but can not get it to open but in designer 4 and I only have basic which I use to make the camper is there any way that I can use it in basic

Projects are not backwardly compatible to earlier versions of designer. I have designer 3 and can open the wheels project so Clint was probably using 3. A large part of my motivation to upgrade was to access many of the projects and patterns 'donated' by forum members.
