    Default Carving graphite

Has anyone tried carving thick graphite say 1 inch material with the machine? I did do several searches, couldn't find anything. Thanks for any help.

Graphite is a stone, you can't carve stone with the carvewright.

Yes people have carved graphite for making molding forms. It is very messy so dust collection is a must.

Check YouTube, let us know if you try it. I'd like some air bearings.
