I need to make a few Gentleman's Valet trays and I realize I can make the recessed areas by doing recessed squares, rectangles, etc. but I want to make the feather a little more rounded like you see in the third picture. Additionally, I would like to make the corners a little more rounded like in picture 1 and 2. Thoughts, ideas, words of wisdom? anyone made any of these and have any tips?
