A few things can cause the X Axis to stall. That is the Sand Paper or Rubber Belts.

    1. Head Pressure too tight.

    2. A Tapered Board

    3. The right side guide in the middle of the machine is TOO Tight to the right board edge.

    4. A Tapered Board in Thickness or Width.

    5. Broken teeth inside the X Gearbox. Teeth stick in the gear teeth and jam.

    6. Servo Driver inside the CW Computer is bad. (Likely not)

    7. Sand Paper Belt Drive has rolled under on the keyboard side of the machine jamming the belt drive. Hard to see the roll under. Is the Opposite side of the belt look like it cheeped to the key board side...

If your not a member of the Facebook CW Group they have great answers too... And a Quicker reply sometimes. I just happen upon this.

    Try that...

Favorite Saying.... "It's ALL About the Brass Roller"..... And "Use MASKING TAPE" for board skipping in the X or breaking bits.
