    Default Music "Bandsaw" Box

Have not posted many projects lately but this one was a bit unique. It's not a typical bandsaw box as the back layers were cut out with trim bits. Box is hickory, staves are walnut set in 3/4", clef is resin set in 1/4". The resin has some glitter in it that does not show so well in the pictures, and I probably should have used less color in the resin - a little goes a long ways! The staves and clef are the only part I used the CW for.

Nice job, great idea and design. Combining different types of wood working means can bring forth some of the best projects. A person having only one of these tools could have quite the time producing this type of work.
