You would be better off finding a hand and butterfly pattern and designing your own version. Images do not translate very well into patterns.

I posed a 3d hand I had as closely as I could and made a pattern from it but may be too flat.
I do not have any butterfly patterns. I tried from the image but it is not very good.
It will be a lot easier to use the image as a reference and build your own version.
Have you thought of making it into a lithophane?? I tried it and got very pleasing results.
