Default X-drive conveyor stationary tube bearing

Rubber Belt wasn’t tracking straight took it off an found I’ve got both bearings needed to be replaced on the in feed side of the stationary belt conveyor tube. LHR doesn’t sell these an was wondering if anyone knew exact size and a place to order from. Thx for your help.

Do you have a part number? I could not find anything in the exploded parts view.

Do you have a way to measure the bearing? Would need OD. ID. and width to cross over. Do you see any numbers on the old bearings at all?

Do you have a picture of the part and where it is on the machine?

The bearing number you have is a good number, but the sizes you gave are not the same as the bearing that matches that number. A 688rs measures (ID)8mm x (OD)16mm x (width)5mm. Also wondering how you are doing the measurements as the inch and mm numbers are a bit far apart. 688rs or 6882rs are very easy to come by and are fairly cheap being small bearings.
