    Default cut motor

    I have 2 machines and both have same issue with cut motor . I tried replacing the termination board and still same thing . any ideas?

    I am guessing your cut motor issue is that they do not come on. Other things to check are, the clear cover switch for the cut motor and is the 110 volts getting to the X termination board.

    replaced the x termination board , the capictor blew out the card

    I would invite an Electrician over to check out your Shop Wiring... May have a Ground LOOP Problem or something causing spikes on the line.

    Do you have a Dust Collector hooked up to the machine.

    Sometimes Static builds up on the hose as dust is going through the hose. It can look for a easy path to ground and that path would be the White Wire on the Cut Motor through the RIGHT Side Cover Safety Switch.

    Grounding the machine in 2 or 3 places and the other end to your grounded dust collector in 2 or 3 places.

    Are you using Extension Cords? Could be wired WRONG or too light a cord.
