Thread: Y axas ERROR

    This is driving me nuts. I have cleaned the machine apply the proper lubrication and place tape on the board. I keep getting Y axes error and it is pissing me off. What am I missing

    We need a bit more info. When does it happen? Are you just get started or are you carving when it happens?

    How many cut hours. The "Y" gearbox bearings go bad in at little as 250 cut hours. Then the shaft wears.

    This is the most posted about troubleshooting topic here and on the facebook forum.

    I post the bearing pictures with every "Y" post...

    Do a search for more info.
