    Default Software problem

    Hello, I just received my new to me machine. I tried to register the software from the website but it wont let me because the machine is registered to somebody else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Do you have a bill of sale? If so just call LHR and they will switch it over to you. If not you would need the former owner to contact LHR and release the machine to you. If by chance the former owner passed away, the obit would allow LHR to switch it over. All my machines were used and had to be switched over, not a big deal, but that way they can control theft a bit. You could email them as well and they will let you know what you need to switch it over.
