A friend asked for 3 identical plaques. So I figured save wood and time since all 3 were the same, I put them all on a single board 10 inch x 62. At compiling it said 8 hours for the carve. No big deal, I'll be in the shop all day anyway. 6 hours to actually carve the 3 without lettering. I switched to the 90 degree bit when prompted. The lettering got half way through one plaque only and I get X axis stall. Of course, what else can I expect. Should of done all 3 separate but I really thought I was doing something good.

So now, the board is in the machine and I'm afraid to move it if there is a chance I can salvage this project.

Any ideas, run the project over again on the same board it will carve over again and just carve through the motions then do the lettering.

Dogs, I hate it when I have 6 ft of expensive wood and it is useless without the text.

Any ideas......Help
