Have you tried applying some draft to the text?

I made some minor adjustments in the heights, depths, draft, bit resolution, and removed all of the merges. I think this will carve better.

You can convert the raster text to centerline but you will need the Conform Vectors add-on to control the depth.

If you want to carve the text as "centerline" you need to edit and change the carve mode to centerline and select the conform box.

I tried the pattern and when I changed it to centerline the names went away , it also says I need a license to use the conform option . What program do I need for that?

They went away because the centerline text was in/on a carve region. Centerline is designed to carve on the top surface of the board. With conform it allows you to place centerline or any other type of vector below the surface of the board. Conform is an add of feature.
