E09-0148 check y belt

second machine, first use. I get the E09-0148 error and when I tried to follow the link to see how to adjust the y-belt tension I can't get the link to load. Can you please walk me thru the tensioning procedure. First machine just wore out and I need to get this one working as a dated carving is pushing me.
