    I'm trying to carve a picture for a friend who lost his son and not having any luck cleaning it up to carve , any help would be appreciatedClick image for larger version.

    Are you going to carve this in wood or make a lithopane with the picture?

    ver. 1.188 Win 7- 64b with 6 GB ram @ 2.8Ghz and dual 1Tb hard drives. Rock Chuck & Ringneck vacuum system hooked up to a Harbor Freight large vacuum. Center line text, conforming vectors.

    I was doing in wood , cherry 3/4 on 14 x 14

    I do not think that the picture can make a good carving in wood. Jerry's idea of making a litho may be a better way to go.

    Thanks I will try Litho wonder if the picture is up to it , ordered some candlestone bone 8x12 haven't done one in a while

    A better picture would sure help. It is rather blurry.
